STDs? HELP!

So I had sex with a guy even though I really didn't want to. I had like a few people say he had herpes and one say he had HIV. I'm getting tested soon. It's been almost two weeks and no sign of an outbreak. I asked him when we had sex if he had anything and he said hell no! If I come back positive for anything should I sue him?

No. I don't think you could sue him. Id let him know that he gave you something. But you both made the decision not to use a condom. And that's how you get diseases when you don't use a condom

Both herpes and HIV are viruses, they can take several weeks to months to make enough copies to where you would have noticeable symptoms. You definitely need to get tested, and ask the clinic what to look out out for for signs. You will probably need to get retested at 6 and 12 months, make sure you talk to the clinic about when you should get retested. And definitely use condoms with anyone you're with for at least a year, until you're confirmed to be negative. It sounds like you didn't want this, and I'm sure you wouldn't want to pass any disease onto someone else unknowingly! I'm so sorry you're dealing with this! *hugs*
