I just gave birth to my second baby a week ago but I’ve noticed during the night when my son doesn’t eat much my breast become super engorged and overall feel uncomfortable. How long before my milk supply adjust to babies feeding schedule ? A few hours after we start our day I pump out the excess 7-8 ounces and then the rest of the day I feel fine.. same thing happens around 5 pm I HAVE to pump or I leak everywhere and I get 8 ounces out and then feed my baby the rest of the milk that I couldn’t pump out. Advice ?
