Implantation bleeding

Hey everyone my last period was on the 11th January 2019 according to the app i ovulated on the 30th January

I am currently 11dpo and yday which was 10dpo I experienced brown bleeding well at first it was 2 brown thin thread lines and today its just light brown bleeding not alot atall i dont need to put a liner on...i also tried to look in my cervix and i have brown wet discharge inside it...i also did a pregnancy test today and it was negative...my periods are due on the 13th feb...can this be implantation bleeding
