I dont want to overreact....

So I'm only 32 weeks pregnant. I feel a lot of Braxton Hicks contractions. They mostly pain free, but they have been going on for a while. Less than 4 minutes apart. Accompanied by some dull lower back pain and what feels like menstrual cramps. I've been laying down for an hour now. I was up and going for a while without sitting. Should I be worried? I also had diarrhea (sorry if TMI) 😂😂 Also the baby is kicking and moving like normal if that's relevant.
