Is this a sign of a miscarriage?

I’m supposed to be 5wks today (I found out Friday but missed my period which was supposed to come Tuesday). My OB said I should be about 4/5 weeks but they didn’t see anything on the transvaginal ultrasound. I’ve had this consistent pinkish discharge since my period was supposed to come & I really don’t have any other symptoms besides I’m extremely tired with sore nips + mood swings. I go back to the dr tomorrow to test my levels again but Im really nervous right now. I’m trying so hard not cry in front of my fiancé but, I feel like I’m falling apart.

*Edit* I’m NOT dense! I used the tampon to see what was going on up there & took it immediately back out because it’s sometimes hard to see on the tissue! Chill out! I’ve been using panty liners.
