Feel Guilty

I just found out I was pregnant (5 weeks today) 😊

I have taken Effexor for 3-4 years; I started out 75mg but since my husband and I started TTC 10 months ago, I have gotten myself tampered to 37.5 every other day. I had tried to come off of it completely and couldn't (felt sick and anxiety/depressed increased). Although my OB said it would be ok if I had to take it throughout pregnancy, I feel guilty for taking it while I'm pregnant.

I worry now that the side effects of coming off completely would do more harm than continuing to take it. I'm interested to see if anyone else has taken Effexor or another form of SNRI throughout their pregnancy?
