Totally scared myself

Yesterday I had pink/brown spotting that lasted all day stopped about 8:00pm. Today my symptoms have totally gone away I’m 10 weeks and was expecting severe nausea, heartburn, tender breasts, and exhaustion. Today I feel wonderful had energy like everything just disappeared. I have read about missed miscarriages and all I did was worry myself. I’m calling my OB in the morning to see if I can move my appointment up to this week. Any ladies ever experienced this?
