Newly pregnant

So I recently went to see my orthopedic for an on going condition .. he wanted to get some xrays but before they did he needed a pregnancy test considering my last period was on Christmas.. so I took the test and it was Positive I was shocked .. I went home and took 3 more test and all came back positive well I saw the doctor yesterday and they did and ultrasound and there was nothing on the ultrasound.. a small part of me feels defeated and that something my husband and I have been working on for 2 years might have given us false hope .. now I was diagnosed with pcos at 14 years old so my doctor said that it’s possible I just ovulated later then we thought and I’m just really early I just want this baby so bad.
