Miscarriage? TMI

Is this the beginning of my miscarriage, left paper is from yesterday at around 8pm , today paper (right) its brown ? I already no I lost my baby bc it stopped growing at 6 weeks no heartbeat was seen or found.. I still don’t have pains, I’m I going to bleed for a long time? . Can I take Tylenol pills for bad cramps?

Also I’m so sorry for anyone that’s has experience this before or is going trough this, i know the pain, I fell so sad about this but I will not give up , I’m going to keep trying, and this is what we all need to do,one day we will have a baby in our arms and be grateful and happy 😊
