Need answers please

I had my second miscarriage on Jan 31st I would have been exactly 8 weeks. The ER doc told me my HCG levels then were only a 5. I have a Drs apt today which was already scheduled when I was still pregnant. I switched the app to a loss and added my miscarriage as a period! No cramping and 2 days of bleeding similar to my regular periods. I have not done any pregnancy tests after the hospital as I figured I didn't need too cause my levels were so low already. According to glow this week is my fertile window, the 14th being O day coincendentally 😍. I guess my questions is, is it too early for hopeful wishing and thinking I could get pregnant again so soon?
