Best time of day for OPK
I’m 36 and my husband and I did our first ovulation kit last month. After reading the instructions to use the first urine is the day and testing each day in accordance with my ovulation schedule it said I didn’t ovulate. We purchased another kit for this month, this time with smiley faces, and it also says to use the first urine of the day. I’ve read other posts / websites and it says the best time is actually 10 Am - 8 pm. Is this true? Should I test another time of day and not first urine of the day?
