Counting calories or macros
In your opinion, do you think tracking your calories or macros on a long term daily basis is healthy?
For those who don’t know macros stand for macronutrients. So instead of counting calories, you count the amount of carbs, protein and fat you consume.
For me personally, counting these things has never been healthy for me mentally. I always obsess over it. Just curious how others feel on the topic.
