8 month post partum
My daughter is 8 months old and im still feeling gross. Bloated. Wide. Lower back pain where epidural was given. Random spotting, period days, super heavy flows to tiny light flows. I have no idea whats going on. Is this normal post partum. I do not breast feed because of low supply and i am not on birth control.
