Pumping issues getting more milk

Amy • Married since 3.6.15. Mother of 12 y.o. girl: Ryvre born 7.4.08. Her dad passed away 8.17.18 & we miss him every day. My 2nd & his 5th baby 8.1.18: Navia. He has 3 boys, 24, 23 & 19 & 1 girl, 14. His oldest had a girl in 12.18.18. Expecting boy 10.20

My baby ears in the NICU for a week & needed formula supplement. She's now 6 months old & still drinking formula, but also nursing. I pump every 3 hours at work, but can never produce more than 5 ounces a day (2 20 min sessions, 1 54 min season with 10 min breaks between 3 pumping periods-power pumping). I nurse when I get home & throughout the night, but lately baby has been wanting formula after nursing at night too.

I'm not sure how to increase my output during work. I have tried mother's milk tea which helps a little, but if I don't use it, my output decreases. I have tried rolled oats bars, boobie bars, lots of water, eating better, but I have no luck.

On weekends I solely nurse her & spent after. I don't have time to pump at home with other kids around.

Anyone have any suggestions?

At work I use the Medela pump n style & occasionally I'll use the lansinoh smart pump to pump. I've used different size cups while pumping also. I'm just not finding that anything is helping. I should be pumping 5oz each season, not in a full day. I'm only able to give daycare 1 days pumping worth to give her during the day (7am-6pm), but it hasn't discouraged her from nursing or transitioning between breast/ bottle or formula/ breastmilk.
