Should you be fined for not shoveling the snow off of your property?
If you live on a main road with a sidewalk out front should you be ticketed for not shoveling the snow in the front of your home?
I’m SWEATING after pushing my son in a stroller in the snow after a big snow storm hit a few days ago. Very few people with houses on main roads shoveled their driveways. Should they be fined?
