Could it be?

I am currently 11dpo and I tested this morning, of course BFN. However, throughout my work day I started feeling very faint and nauseous. I had cramping like 5-6 days ago(possible implantation?) that only lasted like an hour or so. Do you guys believe it could be the beginning of something? When do you think I should test again? AF is due in 2 days according to Glow but I have another app (Ovia) that says I am late by 2 days.

Help?!!
