This is my third baby, second csection. I’m just over two weeks postpartum and I stopped bleeding one week after my csection even during breastfeeding. Went on a car ride a few days ago and ever since I’ve been bleeding a lot. It stopped again and all day today I was all good. Answered my front door a few hours ago (had to go down a couple stairs but it didn’t hurt) and I’ve been bleeding heavily ever since with some clots. Some of the blood is bright red and then my clots are super dark. I’ve gone through three thick pads. In my other pregnancies I bled for around 4 weeks but it wasn’t heavy bleeding after the first week and had more mucus mixed in than anything. This is straight blood. Did I hurt myself or is this normal for some people?
