Braces soreness?

I got my braces tuesday. my teeth are killing me!!! when will the soreness go away? i take 2 , 500mg of tylenol every 5 hours and it doesn’t NOT help! i’m at a loss 😔

I’ve had mine in for a year almost. I’m 26. They hurt so bad for about a week after I git them on. Then they felt better. After the very first tightening it’ll hurt again. About 3-5 days. But after that I haven’t had any trouble. I used Tylenol and orajel . Good luck!

It took me 8 days when I had them! It gets easier! And it’s a little rough when they switch out the wires, it’ll be worth it in the end :)

Probably two or three days. Mine hurt pretty bad too but just give it some time.

It's every 4 hours and it should go away after a day or two.

Try ibuprofen, and probably about 7-10 days
