Would I be allowed to be upset?

Yesterday I went to the doctor after twenty days of vaginal bleeding I have pcos and have been ttc  4 years the bleeding started after what I thought was an excruciating period with tissue and everything gross but my doctor thinks  I had a miscarriage am I allowed to be upset if I didn’t even know I was pregnant?

Honey yes absolutely you can be upset.  Hell spend the day in the couch with a tub of ice cream, you deserve it. A loss is a loss no matter what. Prayers for you hun❤

Yes. That’s a lot to process. Let yourself feel how you need to feel and acknowledge your feelings. No need to suppress, that won’t help at all.
