7 month old SLEEP!!!

Has anyone else’s baby all of a sudden started waking at night? My 7 month old used to sleep like a champ, like through the night. Go to bed at 7 and not wake til 5, eat and then sleep till 7. Now she currently goes to bed at 7 and will sleep till almost 7 but wakes 2 or 3 times in the night.

Just wondering why the sudden change? I understand if it’s a growth spurt so I’m okay with doing night feedings but also don’t want to create bad habits if she actually doesn’t need to be eating. Any tips????
