Weird symptoms

Woke up in the morning with a new type of headache, right behind my ears and down my neck.

Went to the hospital thinking it was an earache but was told everything was normal.

Went back home feeling really fatigued took a 3 hour nap, woke up feeling like the headache became more intense with a feeling of warmth behind my ear and on the left side of my face.

Now I’m feeling breathless and tired and I still have the headache. What to do? :(

Fyi: 27 weeks pregnant.
