PLEASE READ I NEED HELP :((((

So I haven’t had my period in 2 months I’m usually irregular but not this bad, my breast hurt and definitely look swollen I’ve taken COUNTLESS pregnancy tests all negative I went to the ER because I was having some abdominal pain 1 week ago and they did a ultra sound and blood work which came back negative BUT they told me it looks like I have a 3CM blood clot or a lesion? But they didn’t seem 100 percent certain about what it was nor did they even seem to care to much.. could it be possible that I am pregnant with no HCG & the blood clot they think they saw was actually a baby? It measured 3CM.. it’s a long shot but I’m just trying to figure out what is wrong with me & why they didn’t give me a actual answer besides it MIGHT be a blood clot.. I’m going crazy here
