Anyone else having crazy vaginal cramping/pressure?

So, I’m 33 weeks, and at our last ultrasound appointment our baby boy was weighing in at 5 lbs per our ultrasound measurements...I brought up the fact that I have been having some hip pain/lower back pain, and my dr said this was completely normal. However in the last few days, I have been having what feels like pressure/ achy pains in my vagina, and while I know everything is still stretching and they told me things would only be getting achier...wanted to know if anyone else is feeling like this, or has had his experience at this point in their pregnancy. I’ve had Braxton Hicks contractions and this does not feel like contractions nor have my Braxton Hicks gotten more consistent, water hasn’t broken or anything...let me know what you think! :-)
