Am I ready??

Help! I’m a ftm and don’t know when/how I’ll know to go to the hospital! My due date is tomorrow and I’ve been having my stomach tightening off and on since yesterday. Me and my SO had sex about an hour ago and now I’m noticing them a lot more, my stomach is hardening about every five minutes and I’m having lower back and pelvis pains but they are mild and bearable.. the hospital is a 30 minute drive from me. If it means anything else I’ve noticed some small amounts of mucous coming out in my urine over the past couple days and I also was severely constipated for three days but earlier this evening I had to literally RUN to the bathroom I didn’t even think I was going to make it to go number 2 😳😳😳. How do you tell if it’s real or false labour??

Updated to include I never had Braxton Hicks my whole pregnancy that’s why I’m having a hard time knowing if it’s real contractions or not
