Just scared the crap out of my man waking up going “no no no no no no” as I feel it coming on 😭😭😭 one of my least favorite pregnancy symptoms!!

I get them in my feet and my calves. I’m not sure which one hurts worse. They’re so bad ugh

😩😖They are horrendous! Im taking a magnesium supplement, I rub in Magnesium cream before bed and drink tonic water each day. Helps somewhat. Also, when you feel it coming, get straight up and put your foot flat on a cold floor, ideally tile, lino or boards. It stops it almost instantly.

I used to get them before pregnancy but fingers crossed I haven’t had one yet. I found that if you stand up AS SOON as you start to feel it and put all your weight in it, the pain isn’t as bad and will go away faster. Start eating more avocados and bananas and that’ll help keep them away too. They really are the worst though.

I was getting them every night! I started drinking a half a power aid before bed and sipping on it throughout the night. Stopped getting them.

Bananas....I eat 1 or 2 everyday and haven't gotten any this pregnancy!

I eat a banana every night an it has helped me big time also increase your water intake.
