What to do after a chemical misscariage?

Hi, I took a pregnancy test last Monday (2/11)  I was late 5 but on 2/13 had a chemical misscariage. How do you track your ovulation days? Does it counts as your period? Please help! It's my first time. Thank you in advance.

I counted my chemical as my period. Not sure when I ovulated after but ended up pregnant again the next month.

Mine was counted as my period. I was pregnant that cycle. My due dates were a month apart.

I tracked it with Pregmate ovulation strips after my miscarriage. They were very inexpensive and easy to use. I ovulated 2 1/2 weeks after my miscarriage, so my miscarriage served as my period.

Yes chemical is counted as period... I had two chemicals back to back, but ovulated two weeks after on both just like a regular cycle. Only difference was my period was longer than normal.
