14 month old sick with the flu😔

This is the first time he’s ever been sick and I’m thinking it’s the flu. He’s projectile vomited twice so far today and he doesn’t have a fever yet. He’s running around playing like nothing is wrong but I’m wondering what I should give him. I have infant Tylenol and so far the only things I’ve gotten him to eat is oatmeal and a banana. He’s also had water and a bottle of milk since he’s still a baby. We’re also getting some pedialyte.
