Safe sex?

So I’m not on birth control or anything and I’m just curious when would be the safest time to have sex? Can women get pregnant at any time?

Pregnancy is only possible during ovulation and 5 days before.  So no, you can’t get pregnant at any time.  The problem is it’s hard to pinpoint when ovulation will be.  What I did was track my temp with a BBT thermometer and watch my body’s signs and just used condoms/pulled out until I ovulated, then we’d have unprotected sex after ovulation.
The reason I’m now pregnant is because we knowingly had sex ONCE when I was ovulating

Consider getting an IUD. It's the most effective for of birth control, it has minimal hormones, can last up to five years, and in some cases stop your period!! In many cases, because of the Affordable Care Act it is also free!! Still use condoms though if you need to protect against STDs.

Unless you want a baby, don’t do it. You can even get pregnant if you have sex during your periods.
