I think my boyfriend is scared of me. What should I do ?

Long story short he found out I practice hoodoo (not voodoo) and what makes it worse is I’m from Louisiana and I live very close to Nola (New Orleans) so the stereotype is stamped in his head. He’s not from the south so he probably think it’s Halloween town over here 💀 but to be honest I’m the only one I know who do work everyone else is just like everyone else. I would NEVER use magic for selfish reasons if it involves someone else. Maybe he thinks if he speak on it or leave me I’ll ruin his life with magic but it doesn’t technically work like that I mean I easily could but I would never put ones soul in danger that’s beyond me. I also practice Buddhism so he thought nothing of the rituals.
