Second pregnancy hemrrhoids ..

I found out I had hemorrhoids at the end of my first pregnancy. Now I’m 15 weeks with my second and notice I have another damn hemorrhoid 😒 is there anything I can do to shrink it before I give birth. I don’t have the sitz bath right now . Any other suggestions.
