How to get rid of a test infection or a smelly vag ?!! Help 911

I can’t get I rid of the smell I’ve tried Fred Myers drug store yeast infection 7 day meds. Still have the smell and the sweats. 
What could be the cause ? I’ve never had this problem before. It’s just a strong vagina smell not disgusting or anything just like I’m ovulating at all times and it’s deep and stank. Does anyone have any tips? Home remedies ? Tricks !? Anything ? I have to wash my pants everyday to get rid of the sweat Oder an I must shower every morning to get the stickyness from between my legs. It’s agony

If you have a strong odor it may actually be bacterial vaginosis. Yeast infections usually don’t have a strong smell. It requires an antibiotic to treat it so you’ll need to go see a doctor. Bacterial vaginosis is super common, it happens when certain bacteria overgrow and unbalance the pH. To keep it from happening in the future, it’s suggested to wear cotton underwear, non tight clothing, eating a balanced diet without too much sugar, take a probiotic and avoid anything scented or anything that changes the pH.
