Please help for a crib!

My daughter will be turning 9 months and has been sleeping in a pack and play with 2 level settings. Recently we switched to the lowest setting because she has been more mobile. But the lowest setting is really low and she has been getting cold even with the heater on (we have a space heater) I turn up the heat to a point we are super hot and she is barely ok. She sleeps with fleece onsie pijamas and a fleece sleep sack. We live in the northwest and it's cold. I am thinking she is getting cold because she is lower then the heater and heat rises? So I'm looking for a crib with higher rails and higher setting. Any suggestions? Preferably a smaller crib since we are limited in room. Sorry for long post. Thanks in advance!
