Can’t orgasm 😫

Hey girls. So I have a dilemma. Im horny like all the time but i cannot for the life of me orgasm with my bf. I can orgasm with masturbation but not with him. We’ve been together for a year and the only thing he’s done where I’ve come close is when he went down on me. Idk if I’m just bigger bodied so it’s hard for my clit to get stimulation or because i take Wellbutrin and Abilify but I’m so frustrated and i want to orgasm with him but i can’t. HELP
