Pregnancy scare

My fiancé just moved to Alabama 2 weeks ago. When he was leaving I was on my period and we had sex before my period started. I had the whole period but even after I had my period, my stomach was cramping really bad for almost a week. It hasn't cramped in 3 days but I've noticed this chunky, almost looks like conditioner in my underwear . My sisters have told me that's how they knew they were pregnant but I had a period as my fiancé was leaving for Alabama. Please help
