Flu help

My 22 month old is on day 5 of the flu and I could cry! Her test came back positive Friday afternoon. Her fever and cough started Thursday night and chills began Friday morning. Her high fever (101) is gone but she has a low 99.5ish fever, terrible cough and no energy. When can I expect her to get energy back? I feel like she’s a vegetable. Not eating much, if anything but she is drinking some fluids. I’m debating on taking her to urgent care tonight just to rule out any other infections like pneumonia. Help😔
