Does cow milk causes gas and indigestion ?

My baby is almost 2 month old and since my milk supply is low so I am providing him with cow milk. He is having it twice apart from breastmilk and he has gas and indigestion problem . So is cow milk causing this or wot? Does formula feed cause this too ?

Yes even when you have a colic baby you’ll see advice out there for the mother to take dairy out of her diet. My SIL did this and baby went back to being fine and not constipated
