Pain- any suggestions?

So every time I'm active, even lightly active, I get this spot that hurts like no other. It just feels like a mass and stays. Only way to get rid of it is to lay down for a couple of days doing nothing. It could be as little as doing dishes and it flares up 😓 baby moves her usual, no bleeding or lower cramps. My pregnancy belt is coming in tomorrow so I'll see if that helps before calling Monday. I'm 27+3 along.

I'm blessed my husband is an angel and keeps picking up my slack (even though he works all day) I'm just tired of always ending up having him do my share.
