Mommy advice

Hello everyone I want to see if all you mommies can give me some advice, over last weekend I had the stomach flu 😷 I went to the doctor and everything and I’m feeling better but not 100%. And now starting today my son started to have diarrhea.. I took him for the doctor and they said I really couldn’t give him anything to help him stop it just to give him a lot of fluids. What else can I give my son to help him feel better? And other question I have since I already had the stomach flu now that my son has it can I get it again?
