Early labor At 3cm for almost 2wk now. I've been drinking raspberry leaf tea, evening prime rose pills one ingested one inserted before bed. Sex twice a day walking as much as I can sitting on my ball. Even made hot sauce with pepers from my garden. Also got a fresh pineapple. Still pregnant with tons of bull shit cramps and contractions. Appt Monday asking for a sweep.

I don’t know. I’ve been in early labor for two weeks now and I’ve tried walking, sex, squats, anything and everything, and nothing has helped 😒

Not really. I’ve tried a lot of things , because I’m in early labor and literally in so much pain. TMI I guess but had sex last night and like 20 minutes later I had nonstop back to back contractions, after 3hrs of it I went to L&D and still had them for 7 more hours I’ve been stuck at 2 cm, but after all that I only got to 3cm and 70% effaced. Then the contractions slowed down and and came to a holt basically . So at 2pm I decided to labor at home , which after 4hrs of being hope I lost my mucus plug . I would say having sex is the only thing to really help, but it may only put you into early labor

Try getting a strong foot massage. My SIL who is a massage therapist gave me one the night before I went into labor and she worked out pressure points on the feet and ankles linked to contractions. I dont know if it really is what started my labor, but it cant hurt to try.
