10 weeks pregnant

Went to my first prenatal visit last week... they did a urine sample and the doctor called me yesterday saying there is methanol in my body???? (That is like a gas wtf) my doctor asked me if I drink or vape and I do not do neither!! He said this could just be a lab mistake and go get another urine test. He was acting like it was no big deal me being a first time mother I’m worried has this happened to any ladies before??
