Has anyone gotten pregnant on birth control and using the pull out method? (Asking for a friend.. I know how that sounds but seriously 😂)

My sister is extremely fertile and got pregnant 5 different times on 5 different types of birth control. Yes she took the pills as required, got the shot on time, had and iud, arm implant. She ended up having 8 kids all while she was on birth control. It's very rare that this happens though, at least that's what her doctor said. The only thing that kept get from getting pregnant again was getting get tubes tied.

I’m a teen. I’m on the BC pill and take it perfectly and my bf pulls out. Been doing this for a while and no scares.

It really depends here on what said BC. As it's really low chance that can happened. If its the pill and she hasnt been taking it perfectly she will increase her chances of pregnancy. A lot of women get pregnant because they miss their pills or take their pills late, yet dont fully realize that with the pill if taken correctly you have less than a 1% chance to get pregnant. There is always a possibility pregnancy can happen on any type of BC but it's very low.

My friend got pregnant with IUD. It was ectopic and need surgery. Scary!!!! Be careful we can’t trust birth control completely!  if you don’t want to get pregnant take precaution at least pull out!

I was on the pill and got pregnant I didn’t miss any and took them on time everyday and I had set an alarm on my phone to make sure I did , my other half that im with now says I must be extra fertile because he’s been using the pull out method pretty much since he’s started having sex he even tried to conceive with his ex girlfriend for a few years so he thought he couldn’t have kids ( he’s now 29 ) me being silly believed he couldn’t have kids and we are now expecting my second and his first child.... wouldn’t change a thing about our perfect family ❤️
