Pregnant with twins!!

I’m 16 and I found out a few weeks ago I was pregnant with twins!! I was so overwhelmed and instantly booked a private scan as my first appointment weren’t until another 3 weeks and then after that I got told I had to wait another 2 weeks for a scan. Any advice as I’m really exited but nervous as I’m going through my GCSE’s and I’m really petite. I got told I was 12 weeks pregnant on the 16th from my private scan. Is it normal for me to feel flutters this early or am I overthinking.
