What happens at childbirth classes?

I’m going to my first one on March 5th and it’s every Tuesday until the 26th. Just want to know what to expect lol

Mine were great.  Over the course of it, she went over a lot of the details of the phases of labor, the different medical interventions and why they might be needed, pain management techniques, and after care.  You get what you put in.

Nothing at all. Dumb questions and dumb suggestions. They make it seem like birth is easy. I personally dont recommend them
