How much difference will 9 days make?

Question

So I had my first ultrasound 9 days ago thinking I was around 7 weeks dating from last period however she dated me to be about 5/6 weeks and seen a gestational sac, yolk sac but no Fetal pole. 
I have my next scan tomorrow (9 days later) should I expect to see much more assuming everything is ok??
I’m so scared...

Yes, at this point baby is growing rapidly so there should be a difference in 9 days.

You might have ovulated late and your baby is a bit behind but by the next appt, you should be able to see a heartbeat if everything is ok. Good luck!
