So confused ...3 months pp possibly pregnant

Long post... Pic for attention....

I gave birth to my son on November 20th 2018. I got to a 10 had an epidural and everything...started pushing and then had to go have an emergency c section. I bleed from Nov 20 to Dec 2 which I thought was normal right. Then I had a normal period from Dec 23 to Dec 28. But then I got on the depo Jan 2 and started my period Jan 17 and it hasn't stop. Today is Feb 22 I've been bleeding for 37 days straight. I've been passing some clots but not a lot. Anyways I've taken a couple of pregnancy test this week just to rule it out (by a couple I mean probably 6) and they most of them have come back with faint faint faint positives (like 4 out of 6)...idk what to do...idk what's going on...I have an appointment Monday with an OB and I'm going to ask for a blood test. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on with my body? Or what it might be? Pleasee!!!
