I don’t know if I should go be monitored

My abdomen is sore to the touch, was cramps when I woke up and I’ve barley felt my son move since 12(it’s 3:35 now) I feel like I need to go be monitored but I don’t have the money to pay for it (I’m on my mom insurance and if my son turns out to be ok she won’t pay for it) I’m starting to freak out.
