My babies were born at exactly

26 weeks on February 15th. Sawyer and Walon are their names. They are week old today and today was a rough day.. Sawyer has two level 3 bleeds in his brain, one on each side. They check him again Monday to make sure the blood isnt clotting and causing swelling. Hoping it heals.

Waylon has a level 2 bleed on one side of his brain. They check him again Friday to make sure it hasnt gotten worse.

Not sure what this even really means at this point. All we can do it wait at this point..

Waylon also downgraded on his ventilator today because he is have a hard hard time with the pressure in his lungs. They are trying to find a good setting to make him comfortable.

They have started giving Sawyer his morphine every 4 hours instead of 6 to make him more comfortable because hes also in a lot of pain and handling it not so well.

A week of good days and todays our first bad day and it's a little hard to handle.
