Possible herpes ☹️

So I’ve had the same sex partner for a year we broke up I had unprotected sex with someone else he had protected sex with someone else. We’ve both recently decided to get back together and get tested his results came back positive but my results haven’t come back yet. But I gave him head like 2 weeks ago so my results will probably come back positive. I’ve never had any symptoms or outbreaks he keeps blaming this all on me I’m depressed af and just don’t know how to handle any of this I need some advice please
