Hi I’m posting this anonymously unless I need to reply but I need some help. My mum has worked her entire life supporting 5 children, she Dealt with losing a baby and an abusive partner (my father) all alone, my mum would constantly give up her dinner because she wouldn’t have enough money for us all to eat because my father would spend all our money on drugs. My mum would give her last $1 to us so we could get an ice cream with friends so we didn’t feel left out because we were broke. My mum is an angel. Eventually my dad left and money got better but is still very tight.. my mum takes full time care of my younger brother so is unable to work and only receives weekly payments (usually of. $300/400 a week) and when rent is taken out there isn’t much left to support us all but we get through. Recently my mums 6 year old phone stopped working properly and it’s gotten to a point of almost stopping completely. Her dream phone is the Samsung galaxy Note 9 - it’s $1700 and I know it is a lot of money but she deserves it and I want to be able to give her it.

I’m not old enough to work and due to some medical problems I’m restricted as to what I can do - so I’m asking what are some ways a teenager can make money (enough to buy this phone for her)
