Would you take your LO to walk in care? Not sure what this is or how it happened. He doesn’t seem to be in pain.

My boy got one and I read that as long as there seems to be no other irritation in the eye or around the eye or if they don’t seemed bothered by it or in pain it is ok to just monitor and it should clear up.  My son’s looked a lot more red but it gradually got better and I just watched it very closely.

My babe had one from birth and it was gone in a month max, it never seemed to bug her. Unless you think there could be something in there i wouldn’t stress about it and just monitor it!

If it doesn’t go away in a few days, I’d have him seen. It looks like a busted blood vessel. Those normally get worse before they get better because the eye can take a couple of days to reabsorb the blood.

Could be from a toy hitting his eye since it's a very small spot.
